We Are Volunteers Getting the Job Done

Structure Fires
When disaster strikes, we will be there. Our highly trained firefighters enter burning structures to save lives and prevent further damage. We often work in unison with our surrounding volunteer departments.
Vehicle Accidents
When an accident happens, we are there for extrication, clean up, traffic control, and EMS assistance.
Flood Assistance
During the recent flooding, our volunteers assisted our community members by assisting residents from their homes, pumping out water, traffic control, and coordinating with aid agencies such as the Emergency Management Agency and the Red Cross.
Miscellaneous
When the PA weather strikes and trees go down, we will be there to clear the roadway. We have provided traffic control and escorts for special events such as bike rides and state championship teams. When a brother or sister falls, we are there to honor them.
As a Firehall family, we have fun activities such as Superbowl parties and Altoona Curve outings. Even cleaning the trucks can be fun.
