Community

We are proud to serve our community which includes residents and businesses.  We will always be there for you when you need us.  Our 100% volunteer fire department is composed of dedicated firefighters who respond to calls and our general members who help with fundraisers and other activities but don’t respond to calls.  We also have junior members who, through their participation with the fire department, grow into responsible and active members in our community.

We are proud to be involved in our community in more ways than fire calls and accident responses.  We participate in parades, escort local championship teams, escort those leaving for and returning from the military, provide traffic support for activities, provide birthday visits, perform holiday drive-bys, and many other activities.

We, the Duncansville Volunteer Fire Department, only exist to serve and protect our community.  We are grateful for our strong resident and business community support.
